"Bruce's goal is to teach clients how to be fit at any age and to utilize those tools for a lifetime. He trains with a functional philosophy by developing exercises according to how the body works in different occupations and lifestyles."

ONE ON ONE TRAINING

Fitness workouts for all ages (children, teenagers, adults, and senior adults) are designed according to each individuals needs, abilities, and goals.

 

Personal training for children or teenagers who have a strong desire for fitness and athletes.

 

Personal training for children with emotional challenges or who may be dealing with being bullied, have autism, or other emotional challenges.

 

ONE ON ONE TRAINING FEES

Bruce charges $50 per one hour session paid monthly or try one session for $100.

GROUP TRAINING

For groups of three or more from businesses, churches,  or other organizations. Group training sessions may be scheduled at your location or even a nearby park and are fun because of the social atmosphere, being with friends, and more accountability.

 

Bruce donates 10% to your favorite charity.

 

GROUP TRAINING FEES

Pricing is more economical per person in group training.
